Coin-Op City makes interactive machines that live streams show and their chats play. This policy covers the people who use it: streamers who sign up, and viewers who play in a stream's chat. It explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
When you chat on a stream that runs Coin-Op City, the machine reads that stream's chat to let you play. We keep:
Your name, picture and game record are shown on the stream (as they already are in its chat) and on that channel's public dashboard at coinopcity.com/<channel>. Ordinary chat messages are read to run the game and are not stored. The message attached to a paid Super Chat, bits, sub or tip may be shown and read aloud on the stream once, and only if it has no links or offensive words; the audio isn't kept. We never collect viewers' email addresses, real names, payment details or locations.
When you sign up, we keep what you give us: your name, email, channel, platforms, plan and anything else you fill in. When you connect your channels, we keep the sign-in tokens each platform gives us so the machine can read your chat and support events; we only ask for the permissions it needs. Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record; we never see or store your card details.
Coin-Op City connects to YouTube with read-only permission (youtube.readonly), only to find the channel's own live broadcast and read its live chat, Super Chats, Super Stickers and memberships. It never posts, edits or deletes anything. Coin-Op City's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Coin-Op City uses YouTube API Services: by playing you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Coin-Op City's access to a Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The website's pages for streamers (the home, machines, pricing, FAQ, sign-up, privacy and terms pages) use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and tells Google which pages you view, your browser and device, and roughly where you are (worked out from your IP address). Visitors in Europe and the UK are asked first, and it only runs if they accept; anyone can change their choice with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. We never send it your name, email or anything you type into the sign-up form, and we don't use it for advertising. Google's use of this data is covered by how Google uses information from sites that use its services; you can block it with your browser's cookie settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The channel dashboards (coinopcity.com/<channel>) and the machines on streams don't use Google Analytics or any tracking cookies. Our servers keep short-lived logs of requests (such as IP addresses) to keep the service running and stop abuse.
We don't sell, rent or share personal data with anyone, and don't use it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run Coin-Op City (hosting, payments, email, and Google Analytics for the website), who process data only on our behalf. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
We keep data while the stream it belongs to uses Coin-Op City, and for 90 days after a streamer cancels, in case they return. Viewers can have their game record removed, and streamers can have their account deleted, by emailing 4foodllc@gmail.com with their username and platform (or account email).
Coin-Op City isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child's data has reached us, email us and we'll remove it.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Questions: 4foodllc@gmail.com.
